You can go for specialized Master’s programs in Canada. In case you are looking for another MBA (some people do seek it to move to a new market, or switch careers), Canadian schools are open to considering that, provided you show a need for it, and there is some gap between your last MBA and next one.

It depends on what you want to do after BDS. If you want to continue in the non-clinical field, it will be better than going abroad. With options like MPH, MHA etc. you can really do well in canada.

I would suggest you start by looking at websites of universities and colleges to find programs that interest you. After completing any program that is longer than 2 years you will get a 3 year open work permit. Once you are in Canada, look for a job opportunity that will let you apply for PR and start looking while you are a student. It is easier to find a job in person, when you have a chance to have a network and Canadian recommendations. You can consider a provincial nominee program or a federal stream. In a few years from now things will most likely have changed so use current information to guide you, not to be the only pathway possible and keep your options opens by not committing to a narrow field unless it is one in very high demand in Canada.

Before committing to anything, you can research the job market on job bank, look at what jobs are more in demand in different pnp and ask for the universities to provide you with their placement statistics.

I have done a few of these analysis for family members abroad. If you feel it is a lot of work, you are right, but it is not impossible to do if you are committed to it.

good luck!
