Can I go to London without IELTS for studying?

The answer to this question is unfortunately no. In order to study in an English speaking country like Australia, US, UK, Canada, you would be required to take the IELTS academic exam which would be a mandatory requirement both for the University and Visa process.

But you should not worry about it much as IELTS is a relatively simple English Language Proficiency Test that helps assess your written and spoken English along with the ability to read and listen to the language. And most of the students who are familiar with the language are able to crack it in 1–2months.

Apart from this, one piece of advice that I would like to offer here is that, if you are someone who lags behind in English, then, think of this exam as a learning opportunity as when you would actually move to the country, it might be nearly impossible to survive unless you know the native tongue. This is why students who aspire to move to Germany or Switzerland learn German, for France and French-speaking provinces of Canada, learn French in advance.
